4th Annual Keep Pushing; Skate Together for Mental Wellness - Vendor Opportunities

Sunday, June 14, 2025 from 12pm-3pm (rain date Sunday, June 28th) we are hosting our fourth annual fundraising event to raise funds for Milford MA Skatepark Project ; This event will be held at the Boat Ramp parking lot on Cedar Street next to Rosenfeld Park, Milford MA. There’s a committed team of people dedicated to the goal of building a first class skatepark in Milford, MA. To provide a local space for the community to come together to promote wellness, inclusion, diversity; and to shred.

Our goal is to build a skatepark for numerous reasons. Recreation. mental wellness, exercise, socialization, belonging, fun, camaraderie and it's a recognized sport. A skatepark is not just a place to ride- it's a place where youth build confidence, friendships, resilience and mental wellness.

A 2021 study funded by the Tony Hawk Foundation and conducted by the University of Southern California (USC) found that skateboarding improves mental health by helping skaters manage stress, build resilience, and foster a sense of community and belonging. Participants in the study reported that skateboarding helped them reduce feelings of depression and anxiety and provided an emotional outlet.
