The Groundwater Network is a growing community of institutional changemakers and everyday people coming together to face real threats to the long arc of civil and human rights work. Together, we help people move from disconnection and uncertainty to strategic collective action. Durable power requires leadership development, long-term infrastructure, and a network of actors who understand how power works and how to wield it together.
