Thank you for considering supporting Mind the Movement. We're piloting our mental health subsidy program beginning in September 2025 and need all the support we can get to provide care to those who've given their lives to doing good work in the world.
Mind the Movement subsidizes the cost of mental health care for out of work federal workers; unemployed campaign staff (regardless of party or candidate affiliations) and underemployed or uninsured grassroots organizers.
We believe the people matter as much as their work and making mental health care accessible is an important step to reducing burnout and retaining experienced staff.
Your donation helps to pay for therapy (paid directly to a licensed therapist), group counseling, coaching programs and mental health crisis training for organizational leaders.
Your impact:
-$140 covers the cost of one session of mental health care for a movement worker.
-$1,400 covers 10-12 sessions of mental health care for a movement worker.
-$5,000 covers virtual mental health programming including workshops and support groups.
-$6,500 covers Mental Health First Aid crisis training for 50 organizational leaders in English and Spanish
Thank you for being here and for caring for workers doing the most good that they can. The Hopewell Fund seeks funding to support its project, Collective Legacy, which funds the initiative Mind the Movement.
