The Frequency Of Love Foundation is a youth-centered education and wellness initiative that aims to empower children with the food, agricultural, culinary, and wellness knowledge they need to nourish their bodies, strengthen their learning, and build healthier futures. We accomplish this through hands-on learning experiences that connect food to science, gut health, brain function, wellness, creativity, and community in an effort to help children understand not only what they eat & how to create it, but also where it comes from and why it matters.
